- Abstract : A strategy was developed to change an ACQ organic dye into a fluorescent nanoparticle probe for lysosomal bioimaging. Abstract : Two BODIPY-carbazole dye based fluorescent probes BCA and BCAS were designed, synthesized and encapsulated by liposomes to obtain fluorescent nanoparticlesBCA-FNP andBCAS-FNP . The fluorescence imaging showed thatBCA-FNP was membrane-permeable and capable of localizing lysosomes in living cells.
