Abstract

Abstract : A click‐cross‐linked small intestine submucosa (Cx‐SIS) drug depot for methotrexate (Met) is developed for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) on page 3105 by Moon Suk Kim and co‐workers. The Met‐loaded Cx‐SIS depot is successfully formed after intraarticular injection of click crosslinkable SIS, and this formulation induces long‐lasting Met release and allows Met to act effectively in the articular joint, resulting in RA repair.
