- Abstract : On page 2993, Jingwei Xie and co‐workers report a simple method to fabricate 3D expanded nanofiber scaffolds with precise control of thickness using a modified gas‐foaming technique. Such expanded nanofiber scaffolds promote cellular infiltration, a regenerative response, and neovascularization after subcutaneous implantation in rats. The use of such scaffolds holds great promise in engineering tissue constructs in vitro and tissue regeneration in situ.
