Abstract

GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT: ABSTRACT: This work presents platinum(II) compounds with asparagusic acid and derivatives as ligands. Examples of these derivatives were characterized using X-ray diffraction methods and the cytotoxic activity of corresponding platinum(II) complexes was measured in vitro against ovarian cancer cell lines SKOV3 and A2780 and their specially prepared cisplatin-resistant analogues.
