- Abstract : In article 1600468, Xueliang Sun and co‐workers apply atomic layer deposition technique to integrate FePO4 onto a 3D carbon nanotube (CNT) structure to form a 3D electrode for lithium‐ion and sodium‐ion batteries. The 3D hierarchical CNTs@FePO4 architecture shows 16 and 33 times higher areal capacities in lithium‐ ion and sodium‐ion batteries than FePO4 on a 2D stainless steel substrate.
