- Abstract : The PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is frequently increased in many human cancers, including breast cancer. Recent studies have identified INPP4B, which inhibits PI3K signaling, as an emerging tumor suppressor in breast cancer. This short review discusses these issues and the possibility that INPP4B is an important regulator in many cancers.
