Abstract : Multi‐walled carbon nanotube arrays could be easily grown on the central position in the quartz tube. SEM images show the well‐aligned carbon nanotube feature. They clearly exhibit the highly ordered array structures and a very good alignment of carbon nanotube arrays with high packing densities.
