- Abstract : A multiplex ICP-MS-based miRNA assay was achieved with duplex-specific nuclease amplification using bifunctional oligonucleotide probes with lanthanide tags. Abstract : A multiplex ICP-MS-based miRNA assay with duplex-specific nuclease amplification using bifunctional oligonucleotide probes was proposed. A multiplex assay of miR-141, let-7d, and miR-21 could be achieved simultaneously.
