- Abstract : A young female developed progressive dyspnea on minimal exertion. Echocardiography demonstrated a large right heart with severe pulmonary hypertension. Cardiac computed tomographic angiography then demonstrated a superior sinus venosus atrial septal defect with an anomalous right upper pulmonary venous drainage. Echo and CCTA were complementary in making a proper diagnosis.
