- Abstract: Sin H2n+2 (n ≤ 19) is synthesized by irradiation of thin SiH4 films deposited on a cold (5.5 K) Rh‐coated Ag wafer with 5 keV electrons (8—60 min) under ultra‐high vacuum conditions.
