- ABSTRACT: We have succeeded to grow single PbZr1-x Tix O3 (PZT) crystal with Ti content of the order of x = 0.13. PZT compound with such Ti concentration is characterised by structural coexistence of the rhombohedral and monoclinic structures at each temperature below TC. It seems that investigations of the dielectric, piezoelectric and optical properties confirm this highly complicated co-existence.
