Abstract

Abstract : DOI:10.1002/pmic.201500400 Type 1‐metabotropic glutamate receptors in the brain control long term synaptic plasticity and are considered important drug targets in autism spectrum disorders. Using interaction proteomics, a specific complex of mGluR5‐mGluR1 (isoform b) heterodimer was elucidated to occur at synaptic sites. For more details, see the article by Nikhil J.
