- Abstract : We report the design and fluorescence properties of a novel aggregation-induced emission (AIE) system obtained by grafting carboxyl group conjugated AIE molecules onto monodispersed colloidal GaOOH nanocubes. Abstract : We report the design and fluorescence properties of a novel aggregation-induced emission (AIE) system obtained by grafting carboxyl group conjugated AIE molecules onto monodispersed colloidal GaOOH nanocubes. Compared with nanoaggregates formed in mixed solvents, as-formed nanohybrids avoid contact with a "good" solvent, restrict the molecular motions more efficiently and show a significantly enhanced AIE.
