Abstract

Abstract: Crystals of Na44 K6 [(UO2 )24 (O2 )24 (P2 O7 )12 ] [IO3 ]2 ·140H2 O (triclinic space group P$\bar 1$, Z = 2) are obtained by evaporation of aqueous solutions containing UO2 (NO3 )2, H2 O2, Na4 P2 O7, Et4 NOH, and HIO3 (14 d, 19% yield).
