- Abstract : A library of 3-aryl-4-quinolones and their benzo-fused heterocycles was synthesized from single S, N -acetal precursors. Abstract : A rapid construction of quinolone fused heterocycles from single S, N -acetal precursors via double heteroannulation is described. The base, radical and metal-mediated reactions can control the C–N, C–S and C–O bond formations of the S, N -acetal with high chemoselectivity.
