Abstract

Abstract: Single crystals of Ba6 Cs2 Inx Ga10‐x Se20 Cl4 with x = 2 (I) and 1 (II) are prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric amounts of CsCl, BaCl2, Ba, In, Ga, and Se (graphite crucible in evacuated silica tubes, 1172 K, 100 h).
