- Abstract : In article number 1600522, Lian‐Mao Peng and co‐workers demonstrate the potential of solution‐processed carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in constructing a photovoltaic (PV) infrared (IR) imaging camera via doping‐free technique combined with virtual contacts. The powerful function is that such an IR PV camera can realize infrared night vision by taking advantage of the large absorption property of CNTs in the short‐wave IR region. Therefore, the night scene of Peking University can be clearly imaged on the imaging array.
