Abstract

Abstract : The Back Cover picture illustrates the critical role of the catalytic moiety in the early‐time photodynamics of H2 generating photocatalysts. A new T3 excited state is observed to quench triplet metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer ( 3 MLCT) states. More information can be found in the Communication by A.
