Abstract : DOI:10.1002/pmic.201600096 Slicing through published mass‐spectrometry datasets can be a daunting task: largescale discovery efforts routinely generate terabytes of raw data spanning across hundreds to thousands of individual raw files. On page 2495–2501 Askenazi and Fenyo demonstrate how OpenSlice technology enables researchers to interactively visualize quantitative queries across entire studies without the need to download any of the associated data files.
