- Abstract : A new method for the sensitive and selective detection of cell-surface proteins is developed via binding-responsive catalysis of Taq DNA polymerase. Abstract : Here we develop a new method for the sensitive and selective detection of cell-surface proteins with an aptamer probe designed for binding-responsive catalysis of Taq DNA polymerase. Taking the biotin receptor as a model, the method allows the detection of target protein on surfaces of different types of cancer cells.
