Abstract : Catalytic intramolecular hydrofunctionalization of allylphenols to heterocyclic compounds mediated by rhodium(iii ) porphyrin complexes was described. The Wacker-type intermediate β-heterocyclic alkyl rhodium complex was independently synthesized and crystallized.
