- Abstract : In article number 1600084, Wang and co‐workers report a high bandgap (>1.9 eV) polymer based on benzodithiophene with octylthio side chains and fluorinated benzotriazole. Due to deep HOMO energy level and high hole mobility, bulk‐heterojunction solar cells of this polymer exhibit a power conversion efficiency of 8.3%. This demonstrates the advantages of alkylthio side chains for the design of conjugated polymers.
