- Abstract : A MOF encapsulated Co3 O4 -derived Co–carbon nanotube/porous carbon electrocatalyst exhibits highly efficient electrocatalytic activity for the ORR and OER. Abstract : We successfully obtained a novel bi-functional electrocatalyst towards the ORR and OER: Co nanoparticle-embedded N-doped carbon nanotube (CNT)/porous carbon (PC) by pyrolyzing metal organic framework (MOF) encapsulated Co3 O4 . The as-obtained hybrid exhibited highly efficient electrocatalytic activity for the ORR and OER. Furthermore, the assembled Zn–air batteries also revealed promising performance and long-term stability.
