- Abstract : A top-down strategy to synthesize wurtzite CZTS nanocrystals with diameters of ∼5 nm evolved from Cu2 O nanocubes is developed. Abstract : Green synthesis of metastable wurtzite Cu2 ZnSnS4 nanocrystals through a top-down synthetic strategy is presented. Formation mechanisms associated with Kirkendall and etching effects are illustrated in detail. The nanocrystals exhibit remarkable photoluminescence properties at room temperature.
