Abstract

Abstract: Oroantral communication (OAC) is a routine complication in oral surgery. This can lead to nasal regurgitation, sinus infection if not treated quickly. Multiple techniques are used in managing this condition. Author describes a technique of closing OAC with AlloDerm (regenerative tissue matrix, Biohorizons, USA). The wound healed uneventfully. This technique appears to be a simple and time‐saving technique and can be used by dentists with minimal surgical training.
