- Abstract : Well-controlled nanostructured Nd2 Fe14 B/Fe3 B was synthesized by chemical thermal decomposition method. The exchange-coupled powder exhibits an enhanced M r / M 3T =0.59 with M r of 42.0 emu/g and H c of 11 100 Gs. This method could be further developed for other new nanocomposites. Abstract : High exchange-coupled Nd2 Fe14 B/Fe3 B nanocomposites were synthesized by an integrative procedure of thermal decomposition and reductive annealing processes. The molar ratio of the resulting products of Nd/Fe/B can be tuned by adjusting the raw material proportion. The as-prepared nanocomposites exhibited an exchanged coupled effect with a large coercivity of 11 100 Gs, enhanced remanence M r of 42.0 emu g −1, and M r / M 3T of 0.59.
