Abstract

Abstract : The substitution of Cu + in Cu3 SbS4 nano­crystals by magnetic Ni 2+ increases electrical conductivity while nearly retaining the Seebeck coefficient, due to the spin effect. This demonstrates that the substitution of Cu + by Ni 2+ can notably improve the thermoelectric performance of a ternary Cu3 SbS4 system.
