- Abstract : Novel tris‐cyclometalated iridium phosphors with diphenylamino groups and multiple fluorine atoms incorporated on cyclometalating ligands are developed for use as doped emitters in organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs). The green phosphorescent OLEDs based on heteroleptic iridium complexes exhibit an external quantum efficiency of 30% even using simple device structures, which is among the highest values ever reported for iridium phosphors.
