- Abstract : The engineering of a novel dual‐modality imaging probe is reported here by intrinsically labeling zirconium‐89 ( 89 Zr, a positron emission radioisotope with a half‐life of 78.4 h) to PEGylated Gd2 O2 S:Eu nanophorphors, forming [ 89 Zr]Gd2 O2 S:Eu@PEG for in vivo positron emission tomography/radioluminescence lymph node mapping.
