Abstract

Abstract: An alternative approach to 2, 3‐diarylated benzofurans (III) by virtue of the sequential catalysis of NHC and Pd from substituted 2 ′ ‐bromodiphenylbromomethanes (I) and aryl aldehydes (II) is developed.
