Abstract:: Abstract: Millimeter sized crystals of the title compounds (z = 0.6—1.2) are grown from molten K2 CO3 fluxes using MnCO3, CoCO3, NiO, CuO, ZnO, MgO, and Pt as doping materials (alumina crucible, 1150 °C, 10 h, 91—99% yield).
