- Abstract : Through rational design, the first TICT based fluorescent H2 S probe was developed, which exhibited ideal properties such as fast response, good selectivity, high sensitivity, and it was suitable for visualization of exogenous and endogenous H2 S in living cells. Abstract : By blocking the intramolecular twisted internal charge transfer (TICT) process, we designed and sythesized the first TICT-based fluorescent probe for hydrogen sulfide. The new probe exhibits high selectivity, good membrane-permeability and is suitable for visualization of exogenous and endogenous hydrogen sulfide in living cells.
