Abstract

Abstract : Immunotherapy is showing great promise in the treatment of a wide range of cancers. Using the body's own immune system to attack tumours is an attractive proposition that has the advantage of being selective with reduced toxicity. In this article the authors provide a comprehensive overview of the current approaches being tested in the treatment of prostate cancer.
