The post translational modifications of proteins will affect the pharmacokinetic behavior and thus it's of critical importance to develop novel approaches for the quantification of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and their modification forms. Mass spectrometry‐based technologies provide an alternative way for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies.
