Abstract

Abstract : DOI:10.1002/pmic.201500372 The characterization of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) at genomic level has been performed throughout the last decades providing a broad knowledge of the disease. Nevertheless, studies concerning proteins have been limited in this cancer. Thus, the use of affinity (antibody microarrays) and MS/MS proteomic strategies has allowed the establishment of preliminary proteomic profiles of different CLL stages increasing the knowledge about the disease.
