Abstract

Abstract: The phosphors Ca5 Y3 Na2 (PO4 )5 (SiO4 )F2 :xEu (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1) are synthesized by solid state reaction of stoichiometric mixtures of CaCO3, Y2 O3, Eu2 O3, NaF, NH4 H2 PO4, and H2 SiO3 (600 °C in air for 4 h, 1100 °C for 4 h in 95% N2 /5% H2 atmosphere).
