Aperture Control: An Electroactive, Tunable, and Frequency Selective Surface Utilizing Highly Stretchable Dielectric Elastomer Actuators Based on Functionally Antagonistic Aperture Control (Small 14/2016)
Abstract : On page 1840, J.‐Y. Lee, I.‐K. Oh and co‐workers present a tunable frequency selective surface that selectively transmits incident electromagnetic waves in a designed frequency band. This surface was newly developed utilizing highly stretchable silver‐nanowire electrodes and pre‐stretched dielectric elastomer with a butterfly‐shaped aperture pattern.
