- Abstract: Na2 MgGeO4 :xMn 2+ (x = 0.005—0.06) green phosphors are prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric amounts of Na2 CO3, 4MgCO3 ·Mg(OH)2 ·5H2 O, GeO2, and MnCO3 in reductive atmosphere (N2 /H2 = 40:5; Al2 O3 crucible, 950 °C, 6 h).
