Abstract: Stereodefined polysubstituted silyl ketene aminals are easily regioselectively and stereoselectively obtained and utilized in Mukaiyama aldol reactions with various aliphatic aldehydes involving the formation of quaternary carbon centers in α‐position to the carbonyl groups.
