Abstract

Abstract : TLR2 and p85α physically interact by fluorescent resonance energy transfer (View interaction). Abstract : ► PDT‐treated apoptotic cells (AC) induce NO production in macrophages. ► Characterization of contributing factors in AC induced NO production. ► We examine the effects of HSP70 on AC‐induced macrophage activation. ► The relationship of iNOS activity and NF‐κB with HSP70 were studied upon AC treatment. ► HSP70/TLR2‐mediated NO production undergoing both dependent and independent MyD88 signal transduction pathway.
