Abstract: The reactions between benzazaphospholes [e.g. (I)] with aryl iodides [e.g. (II)] or aryl bromides [e.g. (V)] using Pd(II) or Pd(0) catalysts lead to P‐arylated moisture‐sensitive intermediates [e.g. (III)], which give the final product P‐oxides [e.g. (IV)] after work‐up steps.
