- Abstract : On page 7734, M. P. Klinger, K. Leo, and co‐workers present a highly power‐efficient organic permeable‐base transistor that uses an insulating layer to define a downscaled active area. High on‐state current density, switching speed, and current gain are achieved, while an inexpensive, low‐resolution structuring technique is retained. These results show the potential of vertical organic transistors.
