Abstract

Abstract : Strong luminescence and electrical conductivity materials based on CuI double chain coordination polymers with isonicotinato derivatives showing rather similar structures have been obtained. However, small differences in angles and distances along the CuI double chains are the key to their physical properties. These results indicate that the simple CuI double chains are very sensitive to slight structural changes; they are also of interest for the formation of new multifunctional materials and optoelectronic components.
