Abstract: Cu2 SnTe3 nanocrystals with a cubic structure are prepared by reacting stoichiometric amounts of Cu(acac)2 and Ph4 Sn in presence of oleylamine (argon atmosphere, 130 °C, 30 min) followed by injection of a TeO2 solution in 1‐dodecanethiol (210 °C, 90 min).
