<abstract abstract-type="author-highlights" id="abs0005"> <title id="sect0005">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="spar0005"> <list id="lis0005"> <list-item id="lsti0005"> <label></label> <p id="par0005">The quadrivalent HPV vaccine was administered to mid-adult men ages 27–45 years.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0010"> <label></label> <p id="par0010">100% of men seroconverted to each of the four HPV vaccine components.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0015"> <label></label> <p id="par0015">Immune response to vaccine in men ages 27–45 was comparable to that in younger men.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0020"> <label></label> <p id="par0020">Antibody response did not differ by age group or sexual orientation.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0025"> <label></label> <p id="par0025">No serious adverse events attributable to vaccination were observed.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
