<abstract abstract-type="author-highlights" id="abs0005"> <title id="sect0005">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="spar0005"> <list id="lis0005"> <list-item id="lsti0005"> <label></label> <p id="par0005">Pruritus has been described with targeted therapies in cancer patients.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0010"> <label></label> <p id="par0010">The highest RRs of all-grade pruritus were associated with panitumumab and ipilimumab.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0015"> <label></label> <p id="par0015">The RR of all-grade pruritus with anti-EGFR mAbs was 2.84 compared to anti-EGFR/HER2 TKIs and 1.24 to immunotherapy.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0020"> <label></label> <p id="par0020">Frequent clinical monitoring of pruritus should be emphasized when managing these and newer targeted agents.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
