<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="cam4499-abs-0002"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Using copy number profiling, clinical relevant aberrations are identified for detection of occult nodal metastases and prediction of survival in oral and oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
