Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="cam4505-abs-0002"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>miR‐139 was epigenetically silenced with its host gene <italic>PDE2A</italic> by histone H3 lysine 27 trimethylation (H3K27me3) in non‐small‐cell lung cancer. Ectopic expression of miR‐139 suppressed the invasion of lung cancer cells.
