<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2rw6mk14" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Tuning oxygen content in rGO paper is found to enhance its actuation strain. The developed theoretical model and in-depth experimental investigation show that capacitance and stiffness are two key factors in the actuation mechanism of rGO papers.</p> </abstract>
