- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="smll201501257-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>The first hybrid phototransistors</bold> are reported where the performance of a network of photoactive CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3</sub> nanowires is enhanced by CVD‐grown monolayer graphene. These devices show responsivities as high as ≈2.6 × 10<sup>6</sup> A W<sup>−1</sup> in the visible range, showing potential as room‐temperature single‐electron detectors. <graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgk2rgqs08" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></p> </abstract>
